Welcome to My New Blog!

Hi, I’m Nicole, creator of One Girl Two Cities. I am a native DFW-ite who loves food, design, travel, and all things DFW. Okay, so technically I made up DFW-ite, but it should totally be a thing. Fort Worther? Dallasite? Why not be both? It’s not just a city, it’s a metroplex. I find, they are so different it’s hard to choose between one or the other. It just depends on the day and the mood, and who doesn’t like choices? I know I do. 

I wanted this blog to be a place that highlights how much there is to do and see in DFW, without being favorable to one city or the other, while also providing a creative outlet for food, design, and travel inspiration. Basically, I want y’all to know there are so many hidden gems everywhere, you don’t want to miss a thing. 

If you haven’t checked out City Love List it is a great blog about Dallas. Sarah has an amazing eye for taking beautiful pictures and keeping you up to date on all things Dallas. Also for more inspiration on not just DFW, but the entire state of Texas, you have to see A Girl From Texas where Michelle gives multiple options on exploring this great big state. Another great blog is One Small Blonde, a lifestyle blog by Brooke, a local Dallas girl who shares fashion and beauty tips among many other things.

Dallas, Fort Worth, and everything in between is truly amazing. I invite you to come along on my journey as one girl in between two cities sharing everything DFW has to offer.
